Effect of Milling Parameters on DEM Modeling of a Planetary Ball Mill

چکیده
The effects of the milling parameters involving shape powder particles, rotation speed, and ball-to-powder diameter (BPDR) on DEM modeling in planetary ball mill were investigated. BPDR was varied from 1 to 10. results revealed that size particles do not give a significant change simulation when attains maximum value increasing leads increase time size. Hence, effect particle calculated data is significant. also speed increases impact energy between particles.
